We start from your record
We read your CRA return: your legal name, revenue, purpose, staff, and the funders who already give to you. You correct what it gets wrong and add your programs. You do not need to be a registered charity.

We check eligibility first
Some grants are closed to you by region or by type of organization. We remove them and state the reason, so you never see a grant you cannot apply for.

You get a ranked list
The grants that remain are ranked by fit and timing, and each one says why. You decide which to research, which to pursue, which to defer and which to pass on.

Each eligibility rule, priority and requirement comes with the funder's exact sentence and a link to the page. When you are unsure, click and read it yourself.
Public Canadian data
GrantTracker is built on CRA charity returns (T3010) and the federal record of grants and contributions. Both are public, and both are Canadian.
Who funds whom
Charities report the gifts they make to other charities. We use those records to show which foundations fund organizations like yours, including funders with no published program.
Unknowns stay visible
If a fact is not confirmed, we mark it as unconfirmed. If a funder does not list you, we record that too. A blank never passes as an answer.
What it does not do
Your application stays in your voice.
GrantTracker does not write your application and does not submit it. It prepares what you need to write: the requirements, the funder's questions, your organization's facts and the dates. Your team writes the application and submits it.
